Are you a Young person with ADHD?

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like your brain just won’t cooperate?

ADHD can make your brain feel busy and overwhelmed. It can feel like you can’t keep up with friends or everything going on around you. When strong emotions take over and you don’t understand why, it’s easy to feel judged and be hard on yourself.

You’re not lazy. Your brain just works differently.

This is where I come in. You won’t be expected to figure it out on your own.

We work together to understand how your brain works and what actually helps, so things start to feel more manageable.

Together, we find strategies that build confidence and help you feel more in control.

We start with a chat and a planning session, then continue with a series of sessions to help you get where you want to be.

For Families of Young People with ADHD

Trying to support your child but unsure what actually helps?

Being the parent of a young person with ADHD can feel challenging. You want to do what’s best for them, but with so many options it’s hard to know what will actually help. You see them struggling, burning out or doubting themselves and it’s hard to know who to turn to.

As an ADHD coach I help young people understand their strengths, develop their confidence and self-belief.

It’s a space where they feel heard, understood and free from judgement as they learn to overcome challenges and build strategies for their future.

Through a series of sessions, we gently unpick what’s contributing to feeling stuck. Each session lasts an hour and includes a clear summary, practical next steps, and check-ins so progress feels steady and supportive.

These are skills they’ll carry with them for life, not just for now.

About Me

ADHD has been part of my world for a long time. Both of my children are neurodivergent and I received my own ADHD diagnosis in 2025. That lived experience shapes my work, alongside over 28 years in schools and colleges and a master’s in Psychology.

I love working with teenagers and seeing how much changes when they feel understood. I work calmly and collaboratively, without quick fixes, helping support feel manageable and realistic. At the heart of my work is helping young people understand their brains more kindly, reduce self-blame and move forward with greater confidence.
